Today, our PPO network includes more than 18,000 credentialed dentist locations, making FDH the largest independent network in the state of California. In anticipation of a time when controlling dental costs would require new and innovative solutions, First Dental Health has established an Exclusive Provider network (EPO & PPO PLUS) that now includes more than 13,000 credentialed dentist locations. The EPO & PPO PLUS networks offers deeper discounts as a standalone product, or as a network within a PPO program.
