First Mutual Properties is a Zimbabwean stock exchange listed property company investing in prime properties in the major towns and cities of Zimbabwe. Our portfolio comprises about 117 250 square metres of lettable space made up of office parks, retail shops, commercial and industrial space. As at December 2009, the companys portfolio comprised approximately 117 250 square metres of lettable floor space and 349 548 square metres of undeveloped land which is zoned as follows: 81 590 square metres of office park land, 2 230 square metres of commercial land, 262 662 square metres of residential land which is predominantly in the capital city of Harare.
