Our services are provided on a self-referal basis, however we also accept referrals from health professionals, employers and organisations. We offer a range of services including counselling, psychotherapy, cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), relationship / couples counselling, therapy for children & young people, family therapy, trauma therapy and coaching. We have a variety of practitioners including chartered psychologists, counsellors, CBT therapists and psychological coaches.
