Jennifers mission is to help make feeding families easier. Jennifer is a Registered Dietitian, mom of three and owner of First Step Nutrition in Calgary, Alberta. She has a BSc in Nutrition & Food Sciences from the University of Alberta and an MSc in Human Nutrition from the University of British Columbia. Whether dealing with picky eaters or starting solids, Jen helps her clients (from early childhood educators to parents and fellow RDs) decrease food overwhelm through online training & programs.
