Our Personal Training Company, based in private studios in the south side of Glasgow, was established in 1997 allowing us to gain a wealth of experience helping clients at all fitness levels. The studios are available by appointment only, which means there is no need to feel self conscious and there are no distractions, its just you and your trainer. We also offer Group Training Classes which have a maximum of four people, giving you a level of personal attention that would be impossible in the average fitness class.
