FLexercise - Flexible, Friendly, Fitness. Founded in 1930, probably the earliest group exercise classes to be offered in the UK, still giving both teachers and participants a rewarding experience. FLexercise teacher training via our apprentice system is about delivering fitness sessions for any age and works particularly well with active older adults and those who are new to exercise. The course builds personal confidence to motivate and educate class participants so that they come back week after week.
