FCS serves San Franciscos most vulnerable and impoverished communities, primarily Bayview Hunters Point, Visitacion Valley and the Western Addition. Ninety-five percent of our clients are classified very low income (12.5% earn below $10,000, 29% earn between $10,000 and $20,000, 58.5% earn between $20,000 and $30,000 for family of four). These clients average income is 27% lower than other neighborhoods in the city.
