The Florida Aquatics Swimming & Training (FAST) facility is the premier swimming, training, and competition venue in the Southeastern United States. Located in Ocala, the heart of Central Florida, FAST features an indoor 10-lane 50m/25yd competition pool and a 8-lane 50m/25yd/25m outdoor competition pool. Our training facility also features a 2,475 sq. ft. dryland fitness center providing an excellent opportunity to train out of the pool as well. FAST is equipped with the top-tier equipment to train, host, and engage in aquatic activities at the local, state, regional, and national levels. With seating for up to 2,000 spectators, everyone can enjoy the action while cheering on the competition.
