Florida Natural Areas Inventory (FSU)

The Florida Natural Areas Inventory is Floridas Natural Heritage Program and state member of the NatureServe network. We are housed within the Florida Resources and Environmental Analysis Center at Florida State University. We manage a database of current information on Floridas rarest species, maintain an inventory of the states conservation land holdings, and conduct ecological surveys and analyses to support conservation planning and land management. Our program is entirely supported by projects developed in cooperation with agency partners
