About Flyt Catering When the company was established in 2003, our kitchen and preparation facilities were located on the bank of the river Akerselven, and for this reason the first company vehicle was in fact a small boat for making deliveries to islands, other boats and locations along the Oslo harbor. Today, 20 years later, Flyt Catering is one of Oslo s largest catering suppliers and employs between 50-90 people, depending on the season.
