Foam Engineers Ltd was created to pioneer the use of foam in the various specialised markets which have become known today as the technical foam market. Our rich history and involvement from the outset has allowed the company to build up a unique position in the supply and manufacture of speciality foam components. Manufacturing takes place in our purpose built 40,000 ft2 (4000m2) production facility in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, United Kingdom. We are centrally located to supply the newly emerging specialised manufacturing sector. During the years that our company has been cutting and shaping foam, you can imagine that we have every conceivable cutting process available, and its all contained under one roof. The basics are all there; splitting, band-knife, and die-cut press for example. But more importantly are the specialised processes which enable us to produce those intricate shapes.
