The mission of FEMI is to provide a multitude of services to the food and beverage industry to empower entrepreneurs, and to provide ideation, development, commercialization, and scalable manufacturing resources to companies seeking such equipment, support, and/or guidance. As an institute of Purdue University, we strive to both provide learning experiences in innovation and entrepreneurship for students within the Purdue College of Agriculture, and to contribute to the land-grant research and extension missions of the University.
