Food for Hungry Minds

Food for Hungry Minds Schools focus on results and provide underprivileged families with a holistic education in grades 4 to 6. Our dream is for kids to reach college graduation and optimize their potential so they could uplift their lives and serve others in the future. We have served many scholars during their 13 year journey. Since 2004, Hungry Minds schools have provided high quality education to over 700 children in Manila and Bulacan. Children start out not speaking in English and with a reading level of Grade 2.5 instead of Grade 4. Despite these, over 90% of HM scholars finish high school with many at competitive schools. 84% of HM graduates continue on to further education. Currently, 66% of HM scholars graduate from College vs. the national average of only 10%. 100 alumni have joined the workforce and are helping their families and communities
