Privately held Food Management Partners is a multi-concept developer and operator of independent restaurant chains. Currently, FMP owns and operates Don Pablos, Cocos Bakery Restaurant, Carrows Restaurants, Furrs Fresh Buffet and Zios Italian Kitchen. FMP also owns Dynamic Foods, a manufacturer and distributor of multiple lines of fresh and frozen products for contract food service and grocery stores, as well as restaurants and retail establishments. FMP recently divested its interest in Buffalo Wild Wings, and previously operated one of the largest Little Caesars franchises.
