Formerly called Quality and Food Safety Consultants, the company was established in the year 2009 to bridge the knowledge gap in the industry about Food Safety Management Systems. This was at a time when FSSAI regulations were still not published, and the concept of HACCP and standards like ISO22000 were recognized only by the export houses. With the formation of FSSAI in 2006 which lead to notification of FSSAI Rules and Regulations in 2011, the industry has come a long way. More food establishments are now aware of the hazards of the food industry (next only to pharma) but shortage of expertise continues to exist. We now work with establishments big and small across India and South East Asian countries to help them implement systems and processes for an effective Food Safety Management System.
