Established in 1987, Food Show are one of the last few independent and privately owned companies in London exclusively dedicated to creating exceptional catering for events. We blend creativity and passion with delicious seasonal and sustainable ingredients, adding in an abundance of exquisite, and intriguing details. With Chef Patron, Max Uyanik, at the helm of our kitchen for over 12 years (previously at Bibendum Kensington, Bluebird Chelsea, Troubadour and River Cafe, Fulham), many of our chefs honed their skills in Michelin Star establishments creating a vibrant kitchen culture where excitement and innovation meet classic gastronomic skill.
