Formative Years Growing and Learning Center opened in 1986 with a mission to provide professional, early-childhood educational programs for children before they enter school. This philosophy has continued under new ownership with newly remodeled classrooms and brand new infant rooms. We serve children 6 weeks to 5 years old, as well as before and after school care to age 12, and a day camp program for K-6 graders
