Forte is a privately-held, limited company which provides hotel management since 2004. We currently run properties (more than 700 keys) in Taiwan. We have 4 separate brands, Forte Hotels, Yamagata Kaku, and Orange Hotels, ranging from four-star to one-star class properties. Established in 2004, by Michael Liao, president of Howard Plaza Hotels, we have continuously strived to maintain good customer service with a strong budget management system. We have now grown to operating properties across Taiwan, in Taipei, Yilan, Changhua and Chiayi. In 2015, our annual total revenue surpassed US$15 million. We have an excellent market mix of 30% domestic and 70% international guests. In 2014, we won a short-list mention in the Asian Hospitality Design Awards 2014 for our Orange Hotel Ximen, Taipei.
