Wayne Fox launched Fox Resourcing & Recruitment Ltd in April 2007. Wayne is currently 40 years old and lives locally with his wife, his 3 sons and his new beautiful daughter. Waynes objective in starting the company was to set new standards in the recruitment industry by combining a small business approach with good customer service with the resources and operating systems of a much larger business. This approach has consistently delivered results that exceed clients expectations, thereby rapidly establishing Fox Resourcing as a leading consultancy in Northamptonshire, with an excellent reputation. Fox Resourcing & Recruitment celebrates twelve years this year, with the aim to grow at the same rate over the next ten years. With over 70 customers managed daily were always looking to work with our next customer.
