Franklin-Essex-Hamilton BOCES, chartered in 1948, was one of the first three Boards of Cooperative Education Services in New York State. We offer a wide range of shared services to the individual school districts we serve, including: career and technical education, special education for students with disabilities, itinerant services, general instruction and instructional support. Our Career and Technical Education (CTE) curricula offers high school students eight programs in technology, construction, and human services.
