Franklin Women is a social enterprise with a mission to create an Australian health and medical research ecosystem where women thrive We do this in two ways: 1) by building the largest professional network of women working in diverse roles, career levels and organisations in the sector, and 2) by supporting the workplaces that employ them to create a diverse and inclusive culture where everyone belongs and thrives.
