UAB Freda is one of the largest and most successful furniture manufacturing companies in Lithuania. The main considerations when choosing technological equipment are: Sustainability; Innovation; Efficiency. UAB Freda is one of the oldest Lithuanian furniture manufacturing companies and it started its activity as a sawmill on 25 January 1880. The current UAB Freda dates back to 2 March 2001 and has been operating independently and successfully ever since. Business development and technological renewal are they key drivers of UAB Freda; thus, a new furniture manufacturing company, UAB Freda II, was opened on 20 of March 2019. This is the first Lithuanian Wood Products Manufacturing Innovation cluster company located in Kaunas Free Economic Zone.
