Originally formed in January 1997 by the merger of three of the Countys best-known family medicine practices, FPCA has now grown to include twenty-seven physicians and nineteen nurse practitioners and physician assistants in nine locations. At our offices located in Frederick (2 locations), Ballenger Creek, Brunswick, Jefferson, Spring Ridge, Woodsboro, Walkersville, and Urbana, we are able to provide comprehensive medical care for newborn through geriatric patients.
