Freedom!

Founded in 2013 by George Vanous, Freedom! (then called any.tv) introduced the recommendation revenue program as an additional revenue stream for YouTubers regardless of network or affiliation. It also focused on developing software tools for the utilization of its YouTube partners, including an early payments platform. With online tech built by our in-house dev team, and as one of the only networks without a lock-in contract for creators, Freedom! quickly grew to become one of the largest MCNs on YouTube with over 298,000 partnered channels and 100+ million subscribers throughout the global network. As the YouTube ecosystem matured over a decade, Freedom! pivoted into digital rights management technology and ventured into indie game publishing which was spun out to external investors in 2023.
