Fremantle Medicare Local is a locally run, independent, non-government organisation that aims to proactively shape a healthier community by working in collaboration with primary health care providers and the broader community. We are building on the achievements of Fremantle GP Network through extending and strengthening engagement and support for general practice whilst building new relationships with other primary health care providers.
