Frontiers of Flight Museum

A Smithsonian-affiliate, the Frontiers of Flight Museum is the premier aviation museum in North Texas. Located at Historic Dallas Love Field, the Museum attracts over 100,000 visitors annually, including 30,000 students. Included in the Museums vast collection of artifacts is the radio operators chair from the Airship Hindenburg, the one-of-a-kind V-173 Flying Pancake, and the Apollo 7 Command Module. Some of the more popular exhibit galleries at the Museum include the Braniff Airways, Southwest Airlines, SR-71 Blackbird, and WWII. As a partner of the Google Cultural Institute, individuals from around the world now have the opportunity to go on a virtual tour of the Museum and explore aviation and aerospace history.
