Frymer Construction in the 1970s and Frymer name is well known and respected in the greater Los Angeles area for construction of high quality multi-family housing. Frymer Construction is uniquely qualified to offer pre-construction services and analysis, value engineering, and project management contributing to an on-time, on budget project completion.
