The Regina Maria Foundation was established in June 2010 by Dr. Wargha Enayati, local entrepreneur and one of the pioneers in the Romanian private healthcare market, and his wife, Mitra. Dr. Enayati is the founder of REGINA MARIA The private healthcare network (1995), physician of German Embassy, German citizen of Persian origin, cardiologist and member of the international Bahai Community.
