Further Education Society of Alberta

The Further Education Society works to strength communities, families and indviduals through literacy and learning. We govern on behalf of people in Canada who are striving to overcome social, economic and educational barriers. Our programs are competency based, and culturally sensitive. We train facilitators to recognize and build on strengths and skills that learners already possess, and encourage parents to share family values, traditions and culture. This approach helps build confidence within families
