I am Giampaolo Fusco, an expert trainer in Body Transformation and CEO of Fusco fit. My job is to realize the dream of physical-aesthetic change for people with a diet and personalized training to be performed both from home and from the gym through an online service and quality assistance guaranteed 7 days a week. Through our Fusco Fitness Workout app, it is possible to view the correct execution of the workouts and movements to be performed at home or in the gym. The idea was born as my personal challenge, to understand if it was really possible to make my idea of diet and training usable in every corner of the world, breaking down the walls of sedentary lifestyle and distances.
