Fusion Care

About Us Fusion Care are a leaving care community organisation based in Bury. We work across Lancashire and Greater Manchester providing support to children and young people. We were founded by Ray Porter who had been a foster carer since 2005, after realising that many young people do not always receive the support they need, Fusion was established in 2009. Since then Fusion Care has continued to grow from strength to strength and in total our staff have supported over 100 young people! Our Support Predominantly we work with young people aged 16+ and support them towards independence. These young people may find themselves receiving support from just a few hours per week up to 24/7 staff. We also provide support to children and young people in the community in a range of settings, we call this Special Outreach Support.
