Future Controls, Inc. was founded and incorporated by James Norman Nevitt in 1982. He established the company with a goal to reduce our customers energy costs through the offering of a variety of services focused on energy conservation in air conditioning systems. Since air conditioning systems are the largest consumers of energy in the commercial and industrial sectors, our focus has been from the beginning to improve and maintain the efficiency of those commercial systems.
