Initially a call center offering inbound and outbound customer support for New York Teleconference, Inc. (NYTelecon), a facilities-based, FCC 214 licensed long distance service provider in New York City, USA. In 2007, we expanded our business to include content editing, graphic editing and data entry in the services we offer. In 2015 following the clamor of our clients, we started offering medical coding.
