Garaude specializes in sourcing, cutting and selling natural colored gemstones. Our collection includes rubies, sapphires, emeralds and spinels. Bangkok is the heart of our production. We are sourcing directly from the mines, cutting in house, then distributing to our three offices in Paris, Bangkok and New York. Traceability & ethical sourcing are the center of our activity. We master the supply chain from mine to market and the control of our production to guarantee the quality and the absence of treatment of our stones. Our founder, Francois Garaude, fell in love with gemstones when he crossed the Atlantic between France & Brazil after building his own sailing boat. He set sail on a discovery of emeralds. Being fascinated by the discovery, he grew a strong connection with the trade & created Garaude in 1981.
