Gdansk Foundation for Social Innovation is an organization with extensive experience in building and implementing effective solutions directed towards persons and communities at risk of social exclusion. We are a leading partner from the NGO sector in the process of transforming the care system for youth deprived of parental care in Pomerania. We have created and implemented a pioneering work methodology that puts the child and its needs in the center. Today, we run 6 intimate Homes for Children in the Tri-City, guaranteeing 84 young people safety, specialist support and development for an independent, adult life. We have developed and we are implementing a unique program of independence building among young adults raised within foster care.
