In 2021, Gencys Digital Trading Inc. was established from the extraordinary vision of two ordinary men, Mr. Charlie Gengos and Mr. Hernani Razon. Drawing from their experiences in online selling and multi level marketing, they understood the common challenges faced by Filipino entrepreneurs, particularly the struggle to overcome stagnation. That same year, Mr. Charlie boldly combined online selling with corporate structure, founding Gencys Digital Trading Inc. in a modest 100-square-meter space in Bacoor City, Cavite. Recognizing the need for mentorship, Mr. Charlie invited Mr. Hernani, an experienced global businessman, to join Gencys Digital Trading Inc. Together, they observed the absence of proper processes and systems while assisting friends in their businesses.
