General Construction was founded in 1991 by Eric W. Ward. Eric has been in the building industry since 1978. My business was started and continues to succeed based on diversification and long term customer satisfaction. Beginning from an apprenticeship with a general contractor who exposed me to every aspect of construction from start to finish in the building trades. After 36 years building and completing a project for a client or myself gives me continued satisfaction. Being a General Contractor allows me to use this diversification to develop projects for speculation as well as build to suit and design build....
