The Company owns all or part of 15 shopping centers in which it has a proportional ownership interest of 70,1%. These shopping centers have an aggregate of: 348,9 thousand square meters of gross leasable area. General Shopping actively participates in the site search, planning, development and construction of shopping centers. The Company leases and manages its shopping centers, provides parking management services and also manages the supply of electricity and water to its shopping centers.
