Generation is a global employment non-profit with a social mission to transform education to employment systems to prepare, place, and support people into life-changing careers that would otherwise be inaccessible. Globally, we operate in 17 countries serving more than 46,000 graduates. In Thailand, employment issue affects people from all backgrounds from fresh graduate to mid-career. More than 230,000 graduates and 7 million workers are facing this issue from COVID and technology disruption. We help bridge the gap between employment opportunities and our learners through designing a 4-12-week boot camp-style training based on insights provided by our employer partners. Through the Hybrid Partnership Model, Generation Thailand works with 3 sectors to tackle this pressing issue : government, private and social sector.
