Genesys Works New York City

Genesys Works is a national nonprofit that provides pathways to career success for students from underserved communities. We accomplish this through skills training, meaningful work experiences, and impactful relationships. The Genesys Works program consists of 8 weeks of technical and professional skills training, a year-long paid corporate internship, college and career coaching, and alumni support to and through college. Genesys Works is catalyzing change by opening doors of opportunity for underrepresented students.
