GENVI Development Corporation

GENVI Development Corporation (GENVI) was originally incorporated as GENVI Agro-Industrial Development Corporation in Cebu City, Philippines in 1974 with Genoveva S. Villalon, matriarch of the Villalon family as major shareholder. Dona Genoveva was the granddaughter of Nicasio Ch. Veloso, one of Cebus prominent businessmen at the turn of the 20th century. Dona Genoveva amassed nearly two thousand hectares of land from the 1930s through the 1970s in the Province and City of Cebu and the City of Manila. GENVIs assets at the time of incorporation in 1974 included over 220 hectares of land in Cebu City. In 2003, two grandchildren of Dona Genoveva, Augusto F. Villalon and Margarita Villalon Binamira took full control of GENVIs shares. Today GENVI is managed and run by a team of professionals with over 20 years experience in real estate.
