Georgia Global Utilities (GGU) is the key player in water utility and renewable energy sectors in Georgia, supplying potable water and providing wastewater collection and treatment services to more than one-third of countrys population, as well as generating clean energy by owning and operating 220MW installed capacity hydro and wind power plants across the country. GGUs water utility business represents regulated natural monopoly in Tbilisi (the capital city of Georgia) and its surrounding areas, providing uninterrupted water and wastewater supply services to approximately 1.4 million residential and 38,000 commercial customers.
