Georgia Wildlife Federation

The Georgia Wildlife Federation began as a sportsmans organization in 1936 and has grown to become Georgias oldest and largest conservation organization. Our members include bird watchers, hunters, anglers, educators, gardeners, hikers - a diverse group of individuals united by our concern and compassion for the environment. The Georgia Wildlife Federations work in advocacy, education, stewardship, and sportsmens issues has shaped every aspect of Georgias diverse environmental landscape, from the mountains to the coast, since 1936. We have built a reputation for conservation success equal to our experience. We do what is right because it is the right thing to do. With the hard work and support of our members, the Georgia Wildlife Federation does the most good in the most places, ensuring the legacy we leave to future generations is one of which we can be proud.
