Since its genesis in 2007, Getafix has gained a fantastic reputation through word of mouth we consistently deliver fantastic courses with flair and passion, of which we are very proud. We have been instrumental in developing both the UKCC/BC qualifications and more recently the Rescue Emergency Care scheme for first aid, and have delivered more coaching and leadership courses than any other provider. As well as running skills-based courses and coach education we train and assess coaches to deliver WWSR, FSRT, REC first aid, and BC Coach Education & Leader Qualifications, in Canoe, Kayak, Stand-Up Paddleboard and Sea Kayak. Having worked with and developed so many people over the years we have been able to hand-pick an eclectic staff team of specialists who share the same vision and ambitions, and who live for what they do.
