Hakan Plastik was founded in Istanbul, Turkey, in 1965. With a workforce of 400 people, the company has production site in Cerkezkoy, about 100 km north-west of Istanbul. In 2013, the leading plastic pipe manufacturer in Europe and the Middle East, Hakan Plastik and the worlds leading manufacturer of piping systems, the Swiss-based Company, GF, joined forces.
