Ghana Petroleum Mooring Systems Ltd (GPMS)

GPMS is owned by Mining Oil & Gas Services (65%) in partnership with the Tema Oil Refinery (35%). The GPMS facility operates under an exclusive 15 year concession agreement from the Ghanaian Government. GPMS operates on an open access basis, servicing the bulk distribution companies and Tema Oil Refineries (TOR), on a throughput tariff basis. The facility handles in excess of 4.5 million metric tonnes of petroleum product per annum.
