PROFILE The Ghana Tourism Development Company Limited (GTDC) is the Investment wing of the Ministry Of Tourism, Arts and Culture of Ghana. The company was established to lead in tourism investments and infrastructure developments in the sector. It was set up in 1972 as a limited liability company to encourage tourism development in Ghana. Legal Status-Incorporation Ghana Tourism Development Company Limited was established as a Private Limited Liability Company in the year 1972 under the Companys Code 1963 (Act 179). The Company was issued with Certificate of Incorporation No. 5937 on 24th November, 1972 and Certificate to Commence Business on 27th November, 1972.
