Gilroy Steel was formed in 2007 when Kelly-Jayne Steel joined Tony Gilroy in partnership, Kelly-Jayne having previously worked for Tony as a solicitor. The Northampton office of Gilroy Steel was opened at that time to be run by Kelly whilst Tony continued to run the Brackley office.
