GirlDreamer is a non-profit organisation dedicated to addressing racial and socio-economic inequity by advancing young women of colour through leadership and wellbeing development. We achieve this through grant making, capacity building programmes, and creating psychologically safe spaces, to support our mission of creating a world where young women of colour are equipped to achieve their fullest potential and drive societal change. GirlDreamer has rapidly grown from a late night conversation between two best friends, to a thriving organisation which impacts women of colour locally, nationally and globally.
