Girls Who Consult

Girls Who Consult is a mentorship program providing females interested in Consulting with access to mentors, resume reviews, real-world business cases, interactive workshops and a network of Consultants, equipping them with resources for becoming transformational business leaders in their mission field. Based on 2019 statistics of College Confidential, there are currently only 35 U.S. based target schools listed on the radar for multiple top-tier consulting firms, limiting hundreds of thousands of students from breaking into a career that holds potential to many other future opportunities. At Girls Who Consult, we strive for each and every participant to defy the odds of their academic backgrounds, by adhering to a one for one ratio of target to non-target schools reached and to create a diverse community of aspiring female consultants. Our vision is to train and send 2500+ participants into the consulting career by 2025
